Terms of Service

1. The service
Localisr provides restaurant tools: digital menus, a review-driven spin wheel, reservations, table ordering, Google review management, and related features. We may update or improve features over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you publish (menus, prizes, replies, etc.).
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Access to paid features requires an active subscription. You can manage or cancel your plan from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including uploading unlawful content, infringing others’ rights, attempting to breach security, or using review features in violation of the policies of Google or other platforms (for example, you must not gate, incentivize, or fake reviews where prohibited). You are responsible for compliance with the rules of any third-party platform you connect.
5. Google & third-party platforms
When you connect Google Business Profile or other platforms, you authorize Localisr to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect at any time.
6. Your customers’ data
Data your diners provide through your pages is yours to manage; you are the controller of that data and are responsible for using it lawfully (including marketing consent). Localisr processes it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Localisr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
8. Termination
You may stop using Localisr at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can request export or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
