Localisr provides a gamified review generation and analytics platform for hospitality venues. We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for your dashboard and consumer-facing QR interfaces. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate or attempt to bypass our anti-fraud or security policies.

You agree to represent your business authentically and follow Google's official policies regarding reviews. You may not:

• Offer rewards explicitly conditioned on a specific rating (e.g. "5 stars only").
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the Localisr spin logic.
• Provide false business information to circumvent local commerce regulations.

Billing for the Localisr platform is handled via secure payment processors (Stripe). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled via the dashboard. Refunds are subject to our 14-day "satisfied-or-refunded" policy in compliance with European consumer rights.
