Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
Localisr plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access until then.
Refunds
Payments already made are generally non-refundable, including for partial months, except where refunds are required by applicable law. If you were charged in error or experienced a serious service failure, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Consumer withdrawal right
Where you subscribe as a consumer and a statutory right of withdrawal applies (EU/France), you may request cancellation within the legal cooling-off period; by starting to use the service you may waive this right for the portion already used, as permitted by law.
